In the coastal regions, morning and evening fog are expected in the southern areas of the Western Cape, with fine and warm conditions elsewhere. The Eastern Cape will see a mix of cloudy and warm to cool conditions, with light rain and drizzle in certain areas. KwaZulu-Natal will have a mix of partly cloudy conditions with scattered showers and thundershowers, with varying wind patterns along the coast. Throughout these regions, a very high UVB sunburn index is expected, indicating increased risk of sunburn.
