Hi everyone 🙂

I’m back with a video talking about what it’s REALLY like living in Korea long-term.

Again, I love my country and I love being Korean and my intention isn’t to scare anyone off about coming to Korea nor is it to diss my own country!! I hope to bring more light on some topics that are considered “problematic” that people may find challenging to overlook if they fantasize the culture and country. I hope in doing so, it may spark some great conversations and bring about societal change.

    racism sounds pretty great. the rest not so much. although i don't get the anti south east Asian stuff. i like south east Asians. however if it's towards blacks that makes perfect sense. they'll bring your society down with them

    But then we have the respective ones who are very passionate about having sex and see it as an Art are the ones who are classy and very well mannered and has no behavioral problems with disrespecting hersel. They have standards and especially with the tamale sex, they want Men, true honest men who are not cheaters and men who are childish, men who also have standards for themselves unlike the big amount of guys who by their age should be considered men but aren’t.

    Honestly no.. the girls here are not conservative. Honestly the ones who are conservative are the ones who are similar to me, ones who think of other cultures, ones who are interested in wanting to know how people are in different countries, you know just have the hunger to know more and learn more and find answers for ourselves, because we’re tired of the same basic and boring people here in the United States or in other counties within the Americas. We’re just looking for something soo new and not wanting to end up with clueless guys here who have no ambition or have a mind of their own, especially thoughts of their own. I’m not sure how many there are out there who are like me (btw I didn’t even know it was a trend to be going over there) I happen to pick it up on my own because I’m working my way to other countries.
    But yeah, emm.. no, yeah the girls here are definitely not conservative, they love going out to clubs and you know , especially if they’re young and in middle school , you have little girls dressing all hoochied out, wanting to lose their virginity and bragging about to get the guy’s attention.

    I'm Korean. mst of us are really reliable and trustworthy and friendly toward people. just try to expose yourself to the majority of common well educated well brought up Koreans. Be advised to socialize people in academia or church or Buddist temple. Try not to associate yourself with Koreans going to night clubs or the sort of places, Go to church, Catholic or Protestant. they are God fearing people and they will be faithful to you. Well of course they may not be so much interested in you but they will not betray you.

    To be honest every country has a dark side and nothing against Koreans or Korea but I really feel some people try to stereotype Korea as a fairy land and try to ignore its Dark Side due to the colourful representation of Korea by k-pop and k-dramas it sometimes really scares me because it is not a fairy land and there are also many women who have faced horrible things in Korea and also Korean women themselves so people denying korea's Dark Side and believing it to be a fairy land really troubles me …… I think you should be aware of a country's both sides its dark and as well as the colourful one….. So That if something bad happens with you tho I don't wish for anyone then you will be able to handle it yourself but if you are not even aware of that country's Dark Side then you are more likely to get shaken by any small or big incident…

    So be aware ladies❤

    I just come across your video. I realize it was made three years ago. You can sugarcoated however you want some Koreans are racist. I understand if they just stay in the country and they don’t want nobody to come and they want to be that way fine but they travel to other people countries and they demand respect why can’t they respect other people that visit their countrydouble standard life is too short for us to live that way we’re not living in the third wheel country where they have no access to the Internet or television

    hey, just a guy here who's thinking about moving to korea after university from the US. This is really insightful and its true that not many people have spoken out like you have here about the societal norms in korea. but the other comments are on point, duly noted and I'll make sure to see something and say something
