    They didn't show the whole beginning when he first started she was smiling on the low like she was into it she looking side to side to see if anybody was looking till the other officer said something like he was jealous.

    I truly believe he had no 'Inappropriate intentions' . He is in training and made a mistake. I feel bad that the woman went through that. The other officer did his job in recognizing what was happening and stopped it.

    Poor lady!! That is horrendous. Thankfully the one officer stopped the creep. To be violated is bad enough, but for it to happen in front of your loved ones, like wow, and on the street!!?! He should have been fired asap! If he's not being trained properly, I can understand mistakes. But, he had to know that he did not need to put his hand that far up on a woman, especially!
