  Ok Ceddy the judge is INSANE!!!! He literally just said he is forwarding his denied motions to recuse all three of them???!!! As if it has not been filed as if there is no judge assigned as if it is by his doing. What in the actual hell.
  Oh and I have yet to hear the transcript but according to him it was Love wanting to know what his attorney said to him about testifying!! Oh sorry perfectly legal to infringe on attorney client yin and ex parte meeting. My bad you were right completely acceptable.
  And btw I can't trust any ruling any judge makes that confuses criminal and civil contempt and does not know the procedure for attorney being fired by client. What else is he confusing impossible those are the only two. What say you?

  I disagree with Nash. As a defense attorney you are defending everybody’s constitutional rights when you defend the constitutional rights of a child murderer. When you let the state do violate the defendant’s constitutional rights to get the “bad guy,” you also chipped away at the rights of you and I because that becomes law. That is the reason everybody rights has to be defended and protected.

  Exparte meeting s absolutely allowed In but with sworn witness who didn’t even want too testify and pleaded the fifth on the stand.
  Something else the Exparte meeting was held with prosecutors/ investigators with the DA office and sheriff officers from the jail ain’t no telling what they did too woody and he admitted too killing Donovan Thomas in that meeting and they said he get locked up if he said that on the stand but the state fucked up giving that man immunity. But I truly believe one of those sheriffs deputies is on YSL payroll and told Brian Steele about it that’s the onLy thing that makes since . This YSL case is a kangaroo case and judge glanville is running a kangaroo court literally

  I agree that ALL Fulton County judges are corrupt. BUT, The Supreme Court of Georgia knows it too. That might be why they didn’t just reject the defense. They and gave very specific instructions. They said that Glanville cannot preside over the motion and told the defense to refine and then come back if they needed to. If I were a Judge, I’d take thar as a hint that they’re watching very closely.
