Young Thug Trial – RECUSAL MOTION!

#youngthug #ysltrial #georgiarico #potentiallycriminal #briansteel #lawyercontempt
In the midst of the Young Thug trial, Defense Attorneys learned that the Court, Prosecutors, and a Witness had a meeting without the knowledge or involvement of the Defendants (aka Ex Parte).

Upon confronting the judge with this illegal, unconstitutional, and unethical conduct on Monday June 10, 2024, the judge, the Honorable Ural Glanville, threatened Attorney Brian Steel with criminal contempt of court and threatened jail time.

Brian Steel has filed a motion to recuse and disqualify Judge Glanville and the Attorney for Lil Woody (the subject of the Ex Parte hearing) filed her own motion to quash the show cause hearing of Judge Glanville for disclosing the Ex Parte meeting.

I wished we were as passionate when Fani and Paul Howard prosecuted teaches and public school administrators for RICO. It was a travesty. What should have been just an administrative issue was illegally and unethically turned into a criminal issue by Fani and Paul Howard. 😡⚖️

Something that strikes me is how would the defence ever be satisfied that there were no other ex-parte hearings that they were not notified about. They would need to take the word of the judge and prosecutors, who have shown themselves to be less than honest. For that reason alone the judge and prosecutors must be recused.

  • @Finneganbeginagain1 June 20, 2024

I’m wondering why the judge justifies the ex parte and is standing on it pretty firmly. Adrian Love said it was proper as well. Is there any reason, at all, that this ex parte would be justified? And I wonder if the judge was referring to the attorney/client privilege with Bumpas? Bumpas is not a criminal defense attorney to my knowledge, I heard that she’s an injury attorney.(not that it excludes the privilege but because of the strike force)

If you ever become a judge please promote an Anti-federalist culture among the judges where Ohio judges sh*t talk other lower tier states' judges that f*ck up.

  • @Geaullie June 20, 2024

First, I don't think the judge acted in a correct way. But this incident made me think about the judge's CPTSD, I have CPTSD as well. My CPTSD make me have a lot of trust, and control issues. These problems make me extra emotional, and I was wondering if the judge has the same issues. These are issues that are very common in CPTSD. If so, I don't think he can be objective in these cases. Not to say that people with CPTSD can't be judges, I believe they can.
