    The judge didn't just fail to act, he facilitated this entire thing.
    It's like if somebody wanted to start a drug dealing operation and you just went: "That sounds cool, you can use my kitchen."
    Or if someone tells you about their plan to film child "corn" and you say: "I have the perfect place. My bedroom's second door to the left. Actually, I'll come with cuz… the air conditioner is a little tricky there (wink wink.)"

    Go to the beginning of the hearing in this document. The judge had to say something. The 1st words Ms Love says is "Thank you." That's a reply, so obviously, things were said prior to the start of this document.

    I think the Justice Dept should step in and do a full investigation on this because something is very wrong here and the rights of everyone involved has been violated the Judge and D.A isn't doing their job and seems the D.A would do anything for a conviction also the Bar also should get involved because of the unethical behavior of the parties that has been in reputation of the state

    Dad makes a great point why didn't the judge have first words at the beginning of this meeting? Why wasn't the nature of the meeting introduced at the start of the meeting? They are negotiating with him more so of advising him about what the immunity means…

    All I can think about is the jurors at home watching this & on their social media, The Whole jury is Tanted already by default and I don't believe they will tell the judge they know or everyone around them is talking about It, hell it's on the news!!!!🤔

    In the document they did elude that this is pivotal testimony. Also, they knowingly put him on the stand knowing he would take the fifth. The recordings in the chambers hasn’t been released.

    I think bumpus looped melnick in on the meeting and he looped in the defense because he recognized that they should have been from the start.

    I hope the judge stays on.. this would knock the defense down a peg or two.. no one knows the facts of the meeting yet. Need transcripts now to get the truth. No one is looking at facts everyone is speculating what happen in the ex parte..

    Judge allowed miscarriage of justice to occur under his watch. Unacceptable. His is a worse sin because he allowed professional bullies to take advantage of a lay person.

    As well, numerous allegations that the judge held ex parte meetings with DA and OTHER witnesses to pressure them to testify and not take the 5th. Possibly 2 other witnesses.

    We now have a motion to recuse all judges in Fulton county because they work with and would be lower level judges under Glanville.

    Add steel been there to is there so many objections and things that I'm I know he would have rejected to or he would have given Copeland a much more better understanding and Miss bumpus because like she's like a little late or something I believe so it's just this is terrible

    The court reporter was asked to leave on at least two separate occasions.
    BWC we’re turned off at the request of the judge or the prosecutor.

    I want to see when they ordered immunity! I want the documents. I want the recorded voice recording from this because we are missing the beginning.
    Also when he was called out for “security reasons “?

    Then we have things that were never brought up before into this, that don’t make sense!

    Also, the thing about the dogs.. Copeland wanted to know how the DAs knew. They said Copland told them… but he just says okay! It was weird.

    Great analysis, thanks so much. Didn't the Supreme Ct make it clear that the transcripts had to be released to the defense?

    Also if I tell a judge that if my client take the stand then I have to withdraw, that is usually is understood that I know my client plans to lie on the stand and I can't continue to rep him.

    Do I think Glanville should be recused? Yes. Do I think he will be? No. I don't think another judge will do that to a fellow judge. I'm glad I don't practice in Fulton County.

    For federal crimes committed within the United States, the statute of limitations is defined under 18 U.S.C. § 3282. This statute says the SOL is five years “except as otherwise expressly provided by law.”

    Last sentence is the hook!

    Statutes of limitations are also applied to criminal offenses, but for serious crimes such as murder there is usually no maximum time limit for bringing charges. In some states, crimes like sex offenses involving minors, or violent acts such as kidnapping or arson, are exempt from statutes of limitations.

    Right! Edited version. Took 2 weeks of all parties involved except Bumpus and Woody to deliver this cooked transcript. I’m appalled Court Reporter signed off on this. The DA’s office and the judge and his court have a culture of deception. There is no other way they can explain this. They are completely comfortable doing these egregious acts of corruption g the justice system of their jurisdiction, ugh!!!!

    49:09 Prosecuter is nuts. She says We are forcing you to take immunity, and if you don't talk, we will put you in jail.

    Meanwhile, Melnick can't say if you choose to testify, I can not represent you.

    40:10 Absolutely. I thought Melnick was the lawyer until the Judge allowed him to leave. The Judge did not let Bumpus leave when Woody said she was fired. The Judge literally said well she is your attorney. You have 10 days to decide what you want.

    Two different standards. In the secret meeting he can drop attorneys willie nillie. In the courtroom, he can't fire you.
