On Day 100 of the YSL RICO Trial, Judge Glanville has gone back on his prior ruling and decided he WILL be sending the prior motions to recuse to another judge. The motions were filed by Brian Steele on behalf of Jeffrey Williams aka Young Thug and Doug Weinstein on behalf of Deamonte Kendrick aka Yak Gotti. Judge Ural Glanville originally denied the motions but today he said he will be sending them to another judge and the trial will be on HOLD until that has been determined.
He also said the transcripts from the ex parte meeting will be released in full.
