    I never understood why they didn't arrest him, put handcuffs on him and read him his rights, at the precise moment they found the evidence, (as they would do with any other criminal in the same situation, even if he was later proven innocent)??? In addition to that, he received preferential treatment, taking him to a confinement area that is not the area where common offenders are held, where there were computers and telephones to make all the calls he likes.. Is there another type of police procedure to arrest a colleague??? Something "weird" is happening in that precinct…

    Nothing new to report here folks. This happens all the time. You should see how many cops got busted when crack first hit the street. Cops in L.A. making 35K a year and owning sailboats.

    Cops doing what cops do. This one got caught; that's all. No mention of how his buddies tried to cover for him either. The female cop tried to put the stolen money in with the other money instead of putting it in a new bag marked, 'Evidence against Chapman'.

    Funny how everyone acts like they are perfect and have stones to throw! So funny! Humans are sinful by nature and nobody is perfect. Look at the Supreme Court Clarence Thomas is crooked! Even he steals and hides and takes advantage of the system. One of the The highest freaking offices in the United States! Even the Presidents do awful things. We are human! It’s in our nature! If you were a cop and busted drug dealers with a million dollars I guarantee it would run thru your mind! Some would take and some won’t! We are all NOT perfect.

    I don't know how that guy in custody remained so calm. That guy showed them cops nothing but respect. In his situation, I don't think I could show any cop any respect after being robbed by one of them.
