A Georgia judge will decide Friday whether Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis can remain on the prosecution team in the election interference case against President Donald Trump.

Superior Court Judge Scott McAfee had previously set a self-imposed two-week deadline, which will expire Friday. He emphasized his mandate regarding the Willis hearings, stating in an interview with WSB-TV that his focus will solely be on the law, not politics.

“The message I want to convey is no ruling of mine is ever going to be based on politics. I’m going to be following the law the best I understand,” he told the news outlet.

    My uncle was a New Jersey Superior Court. This judge is a disgrace to his to his oath and professionalism. He should be banned from any further actions in this case followed by his disbarment.. My God ! He is an idiot to think that the honorable man or woman will not report an outrageous act! Bravo to whoever dropped the dime!

    The Judge is biased here. Sounds familiar. So was the Judge in Manhattan overseeing the Trump twisted case. These Judges are corrupt and need to be removed from the Courts. A disgrace to the Judicial System and betrayal to the public.

    Yup. They are doing improper trials everywhere. A judge in NJ was speaking incriminating himself on the hot mic to traffic children …. then demonstrated it on the record clear and direct. 😅

    These are unqualified actors at best. Save all documents and document crimes and charge them. There is no judicial system unless it’s the higher courts.

    Thug is stupid if he hasn't filed a complaint against this judge . This Judge has something on Steel ,Steel hasn't filed a complaint against this judge because the judge has no say on complaints filed against him. Steel is still bull shiting on Thug.

    Steel has been laying down with this dog now he has feas. How many of you believe that if Mr Steel had never been as Steel claimed bending over backwards to support this court none of this would've ever happened especially what's happening now. Once he compromised Thugs rights now he thinks he can start all over again, every attorney in this court room knows Mr Steel has bought all this crap upon himself and his client. If Thug doesn't file the complaint of ineffective counsel on Steel this judge is going to find him guilty and send him to prison until his appeal and there's no guarantee how long that will be or if he'll win on appeals. Thug needs to find a complaint on the judge and Steel.

    The motion is time stamped once the court clerk receives them . If it was stamped on Friday that's when it was filled How can this judge make a claim about the courts computerss has nothing at all to do with Mr Steels filings. Can you believe the judges bull craping story . It's like I said. anything that Steel files by. Way of this judge was bull shit from the word go

    That judge acting like a defendant himself shows you how worries he is we all see this happening and know what’s going on. All he does is read a statute and tell the defense how they’re wrong when he’s not even in the legal position to determine the motion… he’s corrupt as fuck, he’s probably also fucking Fanny pack cash money g Willis.
