  Let’s just be clear. The Taliban is 100% to blame. Not those who are withholding funds. If we send money, we are supporting terrorism. The Taliban will continue the tradition of child brides regardless of aid, because it’s part of their beliefs. Clever of them to use those same girls as bargaining chips to get funds.
