Teach kids how to make their own friends and not seek false validation through fraternity rituals

  • @bridgewatersucks July 4, 2024

  • @Dutchforsure July 4, 2024

Uh sorry this is just darwin award

  • @toomanyshows13 July 4, 2024

I don't get why anyone likes fraternities. "Oh I'll be humiliated and treated like dirt so a group of random pseudo straight guys will see me as a person. And I'm not allowed to ever discuss what happens in pledging with anyone outside of the fraternity." Abuse much?

  • @gunslinger-1904 July 4, 2024

Dude he is dead they killed him I would want my family to put me to rest after that there's no point

  • @blacjackdaniels200 July 4, 2024

This is horrifying. What really astonishes me is how everyone in the comment section is always so levelheaded. As if none of you have ever engaged in excessive drinking or stupidity. This kid is no dumber than any of you. He just paid a ridiculously unfair price.

  • Colleges allow open underage binge drinking on campus

  • @user-lj6jp8qp7z July 4, 2024

I feel like college/university makes these young people more stupid and stupid. They don't actually go there to study and get an education.

  • What does any of this have to do with sports or football? How does this make people smarter, wealthier, faster, or stronger?

  • @MFaintReal July 4, 2024

    Absolute clowns

  • @ndooskenn July 4, 2024

yall need to start being “””men””” and stand up for yourself. this is pathetic.

  • @ndooskenn July 4, 2024

    ofc they’re that color.

  • @cassie1790 July 4, 2024

“Almost died.” Hun, your brother died. I’m so sorry, but he’s not your brother anymore. This isn’t a convo about disability; your brother suffered an irreversible catastrophic brain injury

  • @Ash-zh5yg July 4, 2024

That kid is dead. Also the look on his face is like, forever. Looks like the last face he ever made

  • @TheSilentWalkerz July 4, 2024

    Never join a frat.

  • @Ma_0fficial July 4, 2024

Lightweight, I downed a bottle of vodka and was fine.

  • @xdtna531 July 4, 2024

    Not like they forced him

  • @ODwaalO July 4, 2024

    Wtf

  • @tarnlok6381 July 4, 2024

    Stupid gets rewarded with stupid

  • @rg2613 July 4, 2024

Sad but I don't see how the unversity is to be blamed for this. So what if a student stabs another student on campus? Is the University at fault for this as well? Unless you want big brother watching everywhere, the university has no knowlege of what goes on inside a frat house until it happens. That student could have said no and walked away but he succumbed to peer pressure. Maybe if he was brought up with a stronger sense of self, he wouldn't have succumbed to this kind of peer pressure

  • Beta theta pi?

  • @Newbie-ue9ek July 4, 2024

culture that glorifies satanism instead of turning to Jesus is doom for catastrophe.

  • @purpula July 4, 2024

    damn.

  • @Jack-wf4in July 4, 2024

That’s just stupid save your dignity boys

  • @Jaadi12 July 4, 2024

He could've just easily emptied the bottle by dropping it on the floor instead of having to drink the whole damm thing.

  • @rickroller420 July 4, 2024

If I have kids and they want to join a fraternity or sorority the answer is no

  • @smokiedapoo2 July 4, 2024

Going to college, but being led around like sheep to be accepted.

  • @Izanagioomikami July 4, 2024

Only in USA. The "best" country.

  • @Yur2k July 4, 2024

That’s his own fault! Stupid kid drank alcohol irresponsibly and the parents and kid point the fault at the fraternity. It’s sad but he didn’t get hazed, no one put a gun to his head and forced him. He walked in there wanting to drink and he could have left anytime. “Forcing someone to drink” he literally helped him hold up the funnel when he was putting beer in it lol

  • @user-hq5wq8tm6b July 4, 2024

All this to get turned into a lifetime douchebag. How sad.

  • @danyeun01 July 4, 2024

so he did become vegetative because of alcohol poisoning or because he was dropped on the head

  • @truthsauce July 4, 2024

Well, what did we learn? He went there, knowing what could happen….now we're all surprised??? Like what? That's the college life, just like these parents even did back in their day. They all did it aha? But now it's not cool? Well, live and we learn now don't we.

  • @user-pk4nr6dy9g July 4, 2024

    I’m supposed to feel bad?

  • @nunyo7259 July 4, 2024

I mean it is sad but I don’t think the other kids should be responsible. He could have said no but trying to fit in could be hard to resist.

  • @Mag_Nus32 July 4, 2024

    The university of Misery indeed

  • @huntersigma-se8go July 4, 2024

    so what happened?

  • @poli2730 July 4, 2024

I love how you put the first scene of the blind folded scene while has nothing to do with the accident. Nice job news, sensationalism achieved! 👌

  • @mikegeiler2347 July 4, 2024

I really have a hard time feeling sorry here. He literally signed up for this.

  • @theartist359 July 4, 2024

He is grown…he could've stopped if he wanted

  • @fonettix504 July 4, 2024

And thats why i never ever drink. I mean in that state he could have ended worse possibly…i feel bad for him but he also put himself in that situation.

  • @jimmyenck6279 July 4, 2024

There is nobody to blame except himself

  • @_AZTRIEL_ July 4, 2024

    Alcohol is worse than Weed.

  • @OptimusPrimeribs July 4, 2024

So sad. Reminds me of the death of a pledge that was coerced into running in the snow blindfolded with a heavy backback while his "brothers" took turns charging and tackling him hard to the ground. He hit his head and died.

In a separate incident a pledge died from drinking too much WATER.

  • @Slimgrimmy July 4, 2024

Mentally that has to torment the dude who dropped him I’m sure he was probably drunk himself no one has ill intentions in situations like these sad overall.
