    Duncan killed Dylan because Dylan wasn't cooperative and was resistant. Duncan's sister reported in court how they were raised by an abusive mother. This doesn't give that piece of shit the right to harm anyone.
    Shasta became a meth addict and was convicted of child endangerment.

    I appreciate your candor. Be it spelled with a k or c…lol either way, you speak your truth, of course you meaning no disrespect to anyone! I too am happy the judge made this decision to shut the door on these things, I can’t imagine how each and every one of you felt when the photos were shown. Yep, so SO happy they were sealed!
    Thank you Nate for keeping us informed when you get some new scoop or when you’re able to interview others..YES, kudus to yesterday’s interview, pouring over into today’s video….darn good interview!

    Nate Eaton, You are simply the Best reporter! If anyone wants to know about death row, read John Grisham’s first non fiction book. Unfortunately, the two men were Innocent but you will hear the reality of DR. Chad Dumbell is guilty as Hell. I wish the morbid pictures of Tammy, Tylee, JJ and Charles need to be glued permanently in his cell so he see’s them every day of his miserable hell on earth life.

    Listening to Doug Hart I'm taken back to when I read the books Mindhunter and Journey into Darkness by FBI Special Agent John Douglas. I was fascinated by behavioral profiling and if I could go back and choose a different career path it would be this. Remember Silence of the Lambs? Well, that movie took a lot from the real life cases investigated by the FBI. Doug Hart reminds me of John Douglas. He's not wrong when he says one never knows when that dam will break. This is one of the toughest jobs there is! Dealing with pure evil day in, day out. Much respect for this man!

    I think Chad preferred the death penalty so he wouldn’t have to be around the other inmates. He’s such a pathetic little weasel he wouldn’t have survived very long being passed around by the big boys in there.

    Will convict Daybell be reclaimed by his parents when he is executed or will his remains be kept by the state?
    In the past in the UK the executed were buried within the prison grounds.

    I knew it! Yes Lori and Chad can write each other. Its a constitutional right! Freedom of Speech! Also a marital right. Yes, the prison can deny it for awhile, but if the ACLU steps in, letters WILL GO THRU. And of course they will be pre read. Pen pals for life😮

    Sometimes justice isn't justice. He'll be alive on D-row for around 18 years, in general population in prison he wouldn't be alive after a couple years.

    I wish I could remember where it was said that death row inmates do not have heat I'm definitely not air conditioning that they have extra blankets and they are given extra warm clothes but it's still cold

    I absolutely agree with the judge for suing those inappropriate to me that anybody would need those for any reason. That being said there are some wonderful quality YouTube creators out there who do fantastic news and it's really really great to have other news besides traditional media. Real people real stories in a different way but they are very respectful as well
