Scott, what purpose does it serve to see photos of a 16yr old who looks like chum in a melted bucket? You can imagine the nightmares LE, Jurors, and any lookly loo who saw these photos. During Chads case I walked in to see Tammys photo's after exhumation. You may because of your occupation have a jaded ideal of what is disturbing for people to see. What purpose does it serve. I agree the jurors need to see the photos but not the world. Every time now I hear or see a article about Tammy I see in my minds eye the blue black decomposing hands. Judge Boyce got it right!!!

  • @LightshamanaDhyana June 21, 2024

The judge got it right. The public has no right for underage children's autopsy photos.
That's not infringement of our First Amendment.
The deceased children and their relatives has right too.

  • But YouTube monitors and censors everything and anything including many words , I have a MUCH MORE dispute with YouTube ongoing censorship as opposed to judge Boyce ruling

  • @JoBlo321 June 21, 2024

I don't understand what would be the purpose of the public being granted the right to view these photos. If it were my children, husband, mother, etc. I wouldn't want a bunch of gawkers looking at them for thrills and that is the only thing they would be viewed for…the shock factor. Personally, I think he did a huge service to the family by sealing them.

  • @Nurse_Hannah June 21, 2024

Nope. I disagree with you. These should be sealed. There is no one who deserves to see these. This is not hurting our freedom. These should not be shared. We have no right to see these.

  • @Juliet-vu1hv June 21, 2024

I would not want burial photographs or autopsy photographs of my sister or brother provided to anyone for their use, including media. Any kind of media! I totally agree with Judge Boyce’s decision to seal them!

  • @southerngal345 June 21, 2024

No problem with the judge sealing the photos – as those most likely to be exploited by some of those wackos out there who have disturbing fetishes for gore crime scenes.

  • @angieerickson2305 June 21, 2024

Boyce sealed the autopsy photos because there were you tubers who were charging people to view other graphic autopsies and death scenes. He felt because there were innocent kids involved that was the right thing to do for the sake of the family. I agree with him he did the right thing.

  • @Kim-BerlyD June 21, 2024

This wasn’t done in secret. There is a statute on the books and Judge Boyce applied it in his ruling. IMO it’s about time that the justice system prioritizes protecting the victims of crime. It’s a balance, good judges can “balance” the rights of the accused with the rights of the victims.

  • @ItsMeCheryl1231 June 21, 2024

Judge Boyce did the right thing. It's not so much a matter of "censorship" It's just plain wrong to release the autopsy photos. Let's show some respect for the deceased and their families. We all know that there are people out there who would NOT show any respect. Creeps out there who will get some sick thrill from the photos.

  • @mrginga4044 June 21, 2024

    🇫🇴👊🏻👍🏻🔥

  • @Seashell832 June 21, 2024

Scott is trying to inform us about our rights and freedoms that are protected by the Constitution. I appreciate him calling out unlawful acts by those in the Justice system, including Judge Boyce. Do I want to see the photos? No. Does Judge Boyce own them? No. The courthouse is owned by We The People. Therefore, it’s our right to anything inside of it. What they did to those kids is unimaginable. People have a sick curiosity but it’s their free will to have in this country.

  • @NoDetourAhead June 21, 2024

This habit of judges letting rich or famous people off needs to stop. She would have hurt that man over a fence and just because he was able to avoid being badly hurt doesn’t mean she should not be charged. Jesus, hold them accountable. Why do you think they act so badly to begin with.

  • @Jelly_andJam June 21, 2024

I have a problem with seeing the kids autopsy photos behind a paywall one day. I think that people under the age of 18 information should be treated differently. I think it's disrespectful to the victims and the family. I think minor age victims should be more protective and private.

  • @MOMOFFOUR57 June 21, 2024

    Welcome back Frank 😊

  • @KellyDragonBorn June 21, 2024

Sorry Scott, but i agree with Judge Boyce in this one. I honestly dont think its the "normal" general public, press or even true crime community he is thinking about when he did this. Its the bh bettys, the jlr's and the other youtuber who put gannon stauch autopsy photos behind a pay wall etc who would absolutely plaster these images all over their youtube channels repeatedly to get views likes and subscriptions and to make money from doing so. The family and other victims in this case would be forever bombarded with these images every time they ventured online. They have been though enough, they do not need these people revictimizing them continually and repeatedly, they should be allowed to try to heal and find some sort of normality after all they have endured.

  • @Greg-ux4nv June 21, 2024

Judge Boyce hasn't done anything right from the beginning

  • @Greg-ux4nv June 21, 2024

    Welcome back Frank

  • I think we should put up guard rails around autopsy photos, perhaps requiring someone to go in person to the courthouse, severely restricting photography/reproduction, make it illegal to make money from them just as it's illegal for the perp, etc. but i have seen autopsy photos in medical and scientific articles & journals that were informative, and for example photos of atrocities in war that were horribly gruesome, but incredibly moving, and stood as a testament to the crimes that were committed. If we started sealing all photos of victims, starting today, society would only have access to learn from photos that would be perpetually older and more removed from themselves. And various deaths may provide important training insights for medical examiners, etc. At the same time, i absolutely agree that victims should not endure greater indignity by becoming a sideshow for the entertainment of others. But i also firmly believe we need to be able to revisit cases decades down the line and reexamine the evidence using new technology/insight in case someone was wrongly incarcerated (does not apply to Daybell, IMO). I don't have an answer, just some of my thoughts.

  • @krisbest6405 June 21, 2024

As z nodmal person .l was even queasy at the yard scenes ,knowing what went on. DINGBATS face was still the worst sight?

  • Hi Frank 🤗

  • @elliecat6355 June 21, 2024

I have to disagree with you on this one Scott🫤🫤I fully understand that you and your team are respectful and professional but unfortunately…everyone is not like you, these images/exhibits would be exploited and used for the own person's gain…or else why do ppl even want to see them?🤷🏼‍♀️…bleating on about "living in a free society" blah blah does not mean that you or any other random person should be allowed access to another person's personal stuff…without even needing to be said this should also then apply to highly sensitive gruesome autopsy photos!!…just imagine if this was your loved one!!

  • @cosgroveshepherd191 June 21, 2024

The actions of irresponsible youtubers is the reason we can't have nice things. The Gannon Stauch autopsy was just the tip of the ice berg.

  • @lindamallia1486 June 21, 2024

    Respect to the judge..

  • @ros5745 June 21, 2024

Welcome back frank. Good to be able to put a face to the name at last.
Just between you and me frank – Scott was ok but he should stick to lawyering 😂. You know what I’m sayin.!

As for the sensitive evidence in the daybell trial the public should not be allowed access. Once out there on today’s access eg internet it’s there forever. Family members and future family members can request directly to the court if they really feel the need. Ambulance chasers and ghoulish curiosity is not appropriate.

  • @judyjudy51 June 21, 2024

    Respect for the victims please.

  • @marcellaable June 21, 2024

I agree the autopsy photos do not need to be all over the internet, but I do want all findings and other evidence & information to come out.

  • @alikaperdue June 21, 2024

Yes, show those Delphi lawyers faces more often. They work hard for not too much money. Good boys those lawyers.

  • @jocelynkresco3580 June 21, 2024

I appreciate your defense of the constitution. I 100 understand the sense of exploitation/sensationalism, but ignoring the constitution is a worse idea.

  • @karieschneider746 June 21, 2024

Thank God that JJ, Tylee, and Tammy FINALLY have a protector. NO ONE protected them in life, (except JJ's grandparents, but the good in them was no match for the vicious and murderous evil in their own mother, combined with that of Chad, Alex, Zulema, Gibb, and Melani P).

Now, they have the Court, embodied by the Judge, to take care of them and shield them from morbid curiosity and greed. Again, I say, "Thank God."

The press, and the American people, will survive not being able to gape at and make more money off of these battered and bloodied souls. Why anyone would want to see them, chopped up, decomposed, ligature- marked, and burned beyond recognition, is beyond me.

By the same token, that being that all evidence given in court is public property, and needs to be broadcast to the poor information-starved public, are you going to demand to see the evidence photos from the trial of Stephan Sterns?…the pictures of him having sex with a little EIGHT-YEAR-OLD GIRL, and doing it over and over again, for years? Do you think that is your right, too?

Once again, here was an innocent, trusting little minor person, ALSO AN AMERICAN, who had absolutely NO ONE to protect her from harm. Her stupid, lying mother, in my opinion, pimped her out to middle-aged boyfriend, sending them to sleep in the same bed! In my opinion, she KNEW. She must have wanted him really badly.

Then there's her deadbeat, absent dad, who should have paid his child support, and showed up, met Sterns at the door, and knocked him OUT.

    Unsubscribing.

  • @CWRTalentPassitOn June 21, 2024

Sounds like Judge Boyce holds a grudge. He didn’t like when Lori Hellis filed for those documents in Lori’s case. Not cool. She had the right to ask. She wasn’t asking for autopsy photos. Only files from the secret hearings….

  • @BarefootedNurse June 21, 2024

I personally don't want to see the photos however, I understand the importance of preserving our constitutional rights.

  • @BondJames-vz5wk June 21, 2024

we don't have an independent media that is free to publish the truth, though. have you heard of "disinformation"?

  • Hahaha. Martha. 😂. Thank you Scott for a great video. Welcome back Frank!

  • @martageist106 June 21, 2024

I still think Judge Gall should be removed from the case…and Ialso thinksheshouldn'teverbeallowedtobea Judgeon anycase as shehasshowedwhatkindof Judgesheis. Biased is light for her actions.

  • @jackiep691 June 21, 2024

Disagree with you . Too many people out there who can’t be responsible and sensitive. Some members of the family haven’t seen the photos and they have been through enough. Some sicko. Will abuse the autopsy photos and spread them all over the internet . So pleased judge boyce sealed them . The victims deserve this . Well done judge boyce .
