    Parrish is a disgusting worm

    NO DNA AND NO Video

  • @findlisa5 June 20, 2024

Gary Parrish and CBS are shamelessly deleting all posts here every few hours pointing out what liars Parrish and Norlander are. How low can you guys go? Just post about these losers elsewhere and stop watching CBS and their racist trash journalists.

The first 14 mins of this video contain some serious lying by CBS's Garry Parrish and Matt Norlander. In this period of the video, Parrish never acknowledges his vehement demand that the University of Illinois NOT play Terrence Shannon even AFTER a U.S. federal court judge, Judge Coleen Lawless, overturned Shannon's suspension and ruled that he must be allowed to rejoin the University's basketball team. Parrish seems to have amnesia about his prior "take" on this issue, namely that University of Illinois, especially Coach Brad Underwood, must NOT play Shannon, despite the court ruling, since Parrish saw that as compromising the university's values and prior policies (you know, the ones good for white power brokers, but not so good for black athletes, especially those accused of crimes). Sorry Gary, just because you worked with CBS to delete this video doesn't mean that we don't member your hogwash!

Hold you accountable for what? How about being willing to admit what you said and share clips of your prior points in this response? A real reporter would do that here, but you absolutely didn't. How about respecting the Judge Lawless's ruling (that Shannon wasn't afforded due process in AD Whitman's decision to suspend him or the 3-person DIA panel decision to uphold that) and that Shannon couldn't, after the court ruling, legally be suspended? No, you simply didn't care about that, even though, ultimately, Shannon was acquitted. Your bizarre idea (which you won't even admit to in this worthless follow-up video) was that Underwood could get away with just sitting Shannon on the bench and find some alternate reason not to play him, even without completing a fair investigation in any form. Your idea seemed to be that Coach Brad Underwood's or AD Whitman's authority, presumably as white men, should be enough to make the decision NOT to play Shannon. Not only was this illegal nonsense by you (which could easily trigger a contempt charge by the federal court), it also was also deeply unfair to Shannon and seemed rooted in racism, considering that it was given angrily on a video by two white reporters and against a black athlete.

    Revisionist history by Parrish shocking

  • @unclePhilcows June 20, 2024

Parrish, you need to go back and watch yourself what your saying now doesn't match what you said, then

  • @mbfinancial June 20, 2024

Draft stock should go up just based on this kids character!!

  • @BarcaREM June 20, 2024

Gary, when the Federal injection came down, you criticized Illinois and Underwood for playing Shannon. Now you’re saying Illinois should have thrown more support behind Shannon. Which is it?

  • @BlackHeron89 June 20, 2024

Innocent UNTIL proven guilty in the United States of America.
