  from looking into for 5min last time (7 years ago) he got away with it quit right before the hearing then was suspended WITH pay for 2 years in 2020 (collecting half a million dollars in salary)

  not saying he is guilty but seems like this issue should have been dealt with a long time ago but I guess police can just go to a new city and charges get dropped (odd)
