  The problem is you don't understand that THE LINE is drawn between violence and provokation, consent and rape, accountability and dissolution of contracts. We need a judiciary that works. Don't have to understand any other problem.

  Violence perpetrated in the name of cultivated prejudice ..on .'religious'…'caste'…'race'…'ethnicity'…or linguistic communities is 'hate crime'…fine…our constitution bestows upon the citizens to hold 'political' beliefs that are not inimical or contradictory to the 'letter and spirit' of the Constitution…so the violence perpetrated on certain 'political' groups..upon people holding or committed to certain political ideology (…like the case of RSS-sponsored violence against the Left activists/cadres in Kerala and the violence perpetrated on the Left leaders/cadres in Bengal by the Trinamool Congress…to the extent that even the candidates are not allowed to file their nominations papers for elections…leave alone canvassing for votes…)…what would you term such violence…
