In some moment he was dancing in position similar to those of people intoxicated by fentanyl so maybe thats the reference to big problem in america with drugs

  • @iranie4981 July 3, 2024

Those aren't American cars but ok

  • Who else came for the grey pants

  • @PeeGoblin-jg6tu July 3, 2024

What the mainsteam media whats you to think about America to make you scared. They want you to think America is overly racist and mass shootings happen all the time. Just because you make it "art" doesn't make it ture or more correct.

He needs an Oscar not a Grammy

  • @Ant0n_Editz July 3, 2024

Its originality was a drake dis

  • @Pead929 July 3, 2024

The way I interpreted the guitarist was that he represented the strength and beauty and purity of black people and their history. Nothing but beautiful vibes and the Donald’s exaggerated faces and dance moves in the confederate pants were a personification of the distortion of that. Jim Crow posters, and racial propaganda specifically designed to destroy any positive optics on black people, their culture, and dehumanize them. Then he executes him. That’s barely addressed in this video and out the gate it’s there. It’s real. It happened. They want it to keep happening. It’s up to us to break that cycle

Kinda ignorant to point out the “black guy” in the beginning and make everything to be “white on black racist” when literally everyone in the video is black. 🙄

  • @ml7363 July 3, 2024

So watching this video in 2024… I see:
Creative black man, growing up in a two parent, middle class household, no black vernacular, intelligent and expressive (in his real life) while in video land, trying to stir up the racial issues using slavery references to bring out the emotional side of black America present day, while NEVER introspective about the black culture as it is present day.

Always an external locus of control. Every other racial group in history that faced adversity… Internal locus of control.

I've got an idea for the perfect follow up song. It's called this is black america. In the video real heroes of the black community (scientists, inventors, police officers) are ignored by everyone, and instead, they focus all their attention on the undesirables (george floyd, jacob blake, drug dealers). The lyrics can be about how the black community doesnt face up to the real issues facing it (fatherless homes, overrepresentation in carrying out murders and violent crime, looting, glorifying violence), and instead just blame White people.

  • @whofookncares2149 July 3, 2024

A black guy thinking he knows what America is cracks me up

  • @triggswastaken July 3, 2024

When he's on the car the "GET DOWN!" is a double entendre, get down from the car, and get down on the dance floor. They also run away when he holds out his hands as if he has a gun symbolizing that black men are seen as a threat in Americas eyes, whether they are armed or not.

  • @koh3423 July 3, 2024

Algorithm suggested this out of nowhere after all this time. It knows things are about to kick off again…

  • @julkar_nyne July 3, 2024

Guy who threw the gun 10+ assist

  • @jaxafrass7873 July 3, 2024

Black people still aren’t victims. They definitely were a very long time ago, but the issues they face are either fringe or self inflicted from what I’ve seen. You’re odd violent racist here, or just plain cultural degeneracy. There’s an uproar of black voices addressing how black peoples victim mentality is actually what’s keeping them oppressed.

  • @pcgameboy8407 July 3, 2024

No talk about gang violence tho, which hurts black people more than white people do.

  • @sean-pp3zi July 3, 2024

Let me guess white people are racist and blacks are blameless victims?

  • @villedocvalle July 3, 2024

And also a drake diss since Aubrey Graham wore that black face in that pic.

  • @ArabMatric July 3, 2024

He tried telling us the ugly of the USA but now we know

  • @thatdamnwoman July 3, 2024

I feel like the song itself is mediocre and that there has been more commentary on the video itself rather than the song. I mean, read the lyrics. Nothing special about them.

  • @quincyevans2620 July 3, 2024

    I call 🧢

  • @keenowl1410 July 3, 2024

    Stupid music and video.

  • @jhansen6180 July 3, 2024

    Art…..right

  • @laurahero8778 July 3, 2024

@3:48 ’A celly. it’s a tool.’ I believe that’s an interpretation on how Americans hide real crimes, dramas or problems with the hypes of placing phones in their hands. This being due to our 21st century era social medias desires on wanting attention through posted footage instead of saving real lives.

Guns for fun, = Less dislikes from likes.

  • @craiglondon4107 July 3, 2024

The only clear interpretation of this video is that it's Garbage.

  • @9empress9 July 3, 2024

Choir/inquiry is whar police call themselves when there in cohort faction

  • @joshfridberg8496 July 3, 2024

    Youre so wrong its embarrassing

  • @kujo5998 July 3, 2024

Totally not overthinking this AT ALL Lol…
“When ANYTHING means anything, NOTHING means anything…”

  • @asianqwerty July 3, 2024

0:38 Why did she have to say black man😭😭😭😭

  • @TheSpiciestGinger July 3, 2024

Celly that's a tool was also meaning how people use phones or something else as an excuse to shoot innocent people "I thought they were reaching for a gun" being the typical excuse when white people shoot innocent black people

  • @NukaColaCaps July 3, 2024

Love this song and it's meaning, but this video by insider is bunk on several claims.

    Red America, really?

Cell Block isn't racist it's literally just telling someone which section of the prison they are on.

  • @NyanyiC July 3, 2024

    It's a masterpiece

  • @utkarshgupta7421 July 3, 2024

    You missed the hen.

  • In the outro, Young thug mentioned "You just a black man in this world… You just a barcode, ayy" …

Barcode scanners scan the white lines/parts and NOT the back lines…

Maybe it means that white people are more important than the black? Or white people are more visible than black people (not in skin color/shade).

  • @goodmanwiseman303 July 3, 2024

    3:48 a celly is a celebration

  • @goodmanwiseman303 July 3, 2024

    This song blows
