The main cause is drug use, drugs as a lifestyle. Drug use in the long term will cause mental illness. This is the reality of the increasing number of homeless and unemployed throughout the US. You guys have to be sober by yourself, that's all. No sober you will die.

  • @LorraineTerpening July 1, 2024

Franzino should have insisted on obtaining only $995. He made a huge error by going over that amount.

  • @bnwo July 1, 2024

Dog doesn't know what's going on. He's probably got 90 days to live.

  • I hate when stupid people work in animal control that don't care about animals😢

  • @nikolauswolff5791 July 1, 2024

So the police stands around the criminal waiting for the holy ghost to come ?

  • @marjorieallard6665 July 1, 2024

I always feel for the animals the homeless people have. They can't take care of themselves, let alone an animal.

  • @ksmith2852 July 1, 2024

Criminals can live on the street unbothered..as long as they get a dog. People on the street are the biggest con artists..and people just keep feeding them, giving them crap. They are laughing at you for falling for their lies.

  • @ashlingofAsh7580 July 1, 2024

Well dude on the bike…this isnt cleaning up the streets. This is just getting a criminal tagged and known so when hes released in a few hours they got his stats.

  • @sunsensational July 1, 2024

I care more about the dog than that criminal. Sad that it takes robbing a bank to make an arrest these days.

  • No one's going to adopt that dog, looks pretty old, likely it'll be put down.

  • @ToninTexas July 1, 2024

I feel so bad for the dog, someone please go adopt this poor pup and give it a great life.

  • @Cablecol July 1, 2024

Safer here in SM then in Leimert Park yesterday, where a bunch of unruly teens busted up a nearby McDonald's and stole the register and cash! I'm glad the employees didn't get hurt– the hideous video is viral.
