    I first caught my staff stealing about $10 total at a time many times over. I confronted him but unfortunately I didnt't fire him. I was mad at him and I let him know how disappointed I was. 2 days later he stole everything (about $800) and left. Thats the last time I'm ever giving somebody a second chance ever!

    I just fired a guy/friend for giving my customer his number to call when they need help. Um accuse me.
    Apparently him and the customer think im being unreasonable over the two of them stealing from me and im apparently the first contractor ever to "not allow" my employee to "help people"
    But from my view piont he is stealing customers and the customer has stolen from me bye hiring him directly.
    But im the one over reacting.

    This one makes me never want to hire ever again. Things kept coming up missing. I even loaned these people $700 so they could fix their car and attend an out of town funeral. Then, they come back and things started coming up missing again.

    Wow so at my my family's bakery I noticed something weird when I started working with my grandpa the employees was stealing alot so I told my grandpa he said to tell his son my uncle nothing he told me no they are not this was 2020 when the pandemic began every day they stealing so the reason he don't want to believe me is because I smoke weed and drink but I only drink 2 beers no more I know what happen if I drink more then that so any ways I have keys to the shop and I close alot of the times I also do the shift change I so he trust me cuz I never lie and I never steal even as a teen fucking around was not my thing but any ways this past week he went on vacation and h has his comadre to help but she is stealing last Sunday inleft some money on the table so we have a camera and this lady took that money inhad some apron ls on too of it so this b#$÷h took this mony in 2 trips so my punk ass uncle didn't think that she was stealing but yet she didn't tell me I had to ask her cuz she was leaving I got the money back 600 bucks and after that I got in trouble for giving her the Stink eye

    What are you talking about on their phone is stealing are they doing what is in their job description. I think you're taking it too far

    I m with u 100% sir. Caught a thief at work. IT s my uncles business. He s like a handy Man, and he was buying the stuff for kitchen. I think there are more of them. Its hard to find a good, decent worker nowadays. I live in Romania. Thx for advice

    caught my first thief, thought they were my friend, did so much for them and I am truly in shock
