    My Department every year did the 1.5 mile run before the 300 meter run as your 1.5 mile run would not be as good.

    As someone from Aus the Deadly Force Policy is actually nuts. It basically says "if you personally find them scary/threatening you're allowed to shoot and potentially kill them". I'm sorry but no wonder the USA has so many war crimes under their belt if this is how they act within the US.

    I got to visit Quantico about 11 years ago and it is an experience like no other. Seeing the FBI and Marines training there was impressive, to say the least. We got to try our hand at that video simulator, which was a lot of fun. And Hogan's Alley is really impressive. We were walking through the streets and heard gunshots from people training inside the buildings. Walking through the vehicle building they had was also pretty neat. Some of those tactical response vehicles are huge!

    People don't have any idea just how hard it is to arrest someone who doesn't want to be arrested. That's why you see what's called a "polyester pileup", where 4-6 officers or agents are all struggling to get someone into custody. Even a small, 100 pound woman can be INCREDIBLY hard to get into cuffs.

    When I did counter terrorism training we did similar scenarios, shoot don't shoot. If we failed enough times we had to write a letter to our family explaining why we were killed.

    When you enter the academy you’ll be doing like questioning the family kids male female of what you need answered like

    Where were you at this time

    Did you and this person know each other well

    How well do you know this person

    Did you know he was at this place at the scene ?

    When did you last see him/her ?

    Do you know anything about this job she does, or who she/he hangs out with?

    What time did your son/daughter leave the house?

    What club does she/he go too ?

    Where were you between this time ?Morning or night

    For the parents

    And you never want to leave your partner behind you always want to stick with him/her because you guys won’t know who’s behind you or who’s upstairs or on the Conor of the building like the bedroom or like the basement of the house 🏠 or living room or kitchen and you never say please drop the gun you want to raise your voice at the person and you wanna be calm too but you want to just know what’s coming at you and you wanna always have your partners back so that way you and him/her could watch each others six that way you also got each others back and you guys can communicate better and you want to make a decision quick and that way you know what you’re plan is right off the bat and that way you can execute the plan you made and not mess up and you always wanna keep your weapon tucked in you never want to keep your weapon out because that way the suspect can just knock it out of her hand take it out of your hand so you wanna tuck it in whenever you’re holding your weapon that way you won’t have it taken from you same with a rifle and you wanna say police drop the gun and you won’t know because someone can just swing their arm over and just shoot at you and your partner so you wanna be ready and you want to communicate with your partner so that way you know where he is and he/she can know where you’re at and you never leave your partner behind once you are in a chase you want to be able to catch up to the person that your chasing and so you want to watch out because you don’t know who’s shooting and so the male/female can swing their weapon to shoot at you so you wanna watch out for that too but always keep the weapon tucked in and tight so the gun doesn’t get taken from you and when your ready to shoot than you stick your arms out but you want to be aware of your surroundings check from left to right top and bottom and back and front of the building if it’s at an Apartment you only want to check the bedrooms bathroom and kitchen and if the person is running 🏃‍♂️ probably because he/she is hiding something from you so always check your surroundings don’t be on your phone 📞 you wanna be aware of your surroundings see what’s happening if it’s a man hurting a women that we apprehend so same thing for you and your partner if something happens like if a male is hurting the female than you apprehend but always check your surroundings and check your surroundings don’t be on your phone or doing your nails keep your eyes on your surroundings

    And everybody checks the surroundings I know because I’m a son of a real former DEA agent and my dad was a DEA instructor at the academy

    And for the older kids

    Where were you at the time between 9:00–10:00 ?

    What time did you get home from work

    Did you go anywhere besides home 🏠

    Where did you get the money from?

    And if someone is lying

    Than if they are saying oh I was my house than you gotta ask can anyone or calibrate on that

    Because someone might say oh he/she would say oh he/she was at the friends house doing Cocaine or taking pills 💊

    And that way you know they are lying 🤥 to your face

    And if they have kids

    Than you tell em if they don’t cooperate with you than you send the kids to a foster home 🏠 and you’ll never see them

    And you never say can you put your hands up please

    You say get your hands up now !!!

    And than you tell em your under arrest

    And you can tell that person is lying because he/her is their and you wanna just say it by raising your tone

    I know because my dad has done this before and he was doing it as a bat and that’s what you are when you enter the academy your called a bat at the academy DEA and FBI your called a Bat and my dad served as a DEA agent I know because I’m his kid
    and you have to be ready at all times and again if your partner gets hit like dead as a door nail than it’s blood on your hands and it won’t be good/pretty for you

    So that’s another reason why you want to check your surroundings and know what’s going on around your surroundings so that’s what I gotta say

    But half of it you did right some of them you did wrong

    Because you gotta raise your voice when you arresting someone male or female

    So just always be aware of your surroundings but always assist your partner and always back him/her up like it’s you help me and I help you and so you wanna always watch his six Michelle and you never want to always be nice when people don’t comply you wanna raise your voice too so that way they can know that your in command not them your also responsible for your partner and in other words he/she has your back so never leave your partner alone because if he’s alone well he could end up dead as a door nail and it would be on your hands and you would have to know what your doing too
