    This makes a lot of sense,the coach don’t use Aiyuk’s as much as other’s teams use their wide receivers,if the will use Aiyuk more he will have just as much if not more better stats than the top wide receivers, Aiyuk is a great player.

    I think he needs to be rewarded for not only his play but his attitude. He’s not a Diva demanding the ball he understands he’s option 3 or 4 in this offense and his willingness to block downfield shows he’s a team player and willing to do whatever is needed to win.

    Sometimes some players are repeatedly overlooked and they are the ones who never receive the shine or attention they deserve . It is like the leading star of the movie getting all the attention and the supporting star being overlooked. CMC gets all the attention, but it is Aiyuk who unselfishly blocks for him, Mitchell and JJ , so they can score .So many times Purdy overthrew or under threw the pass but Aiyuk caught it even so, and prevented an interception. Then Purdy gets the shine for winning the game, when it was Aiyuk's athletic ability that helped. Give Brandon his credit, he is a unselfish team player , hardly gets injured, overlooked too much, a superior , wonderful blocker and he gets better and better each year. Go Brandon, I see you and appreciate you.

    The difference is, St. Brown is on a historically bad team that is finally playing well, so they want to get better and keep the good pieces they have. Jefferson is on a bad team that hasn't done much. SF has made deep runs and is a strong team. You want to make a bag instead of make history, then we should assist you in that. I remember hearing a Bill Walsh player tell us that BW told him that he was going to trade the player as soon as he started to decline. We could probably trade BA for some nice picks and even a good WR in return. BA needs to realize if he wants to have a successful career he won't be the highest paid player.

    Chase, some very good points to put up about of WR usage. That is very true. We are nearly a 50-50 offense and our WRs may not be the leading receiver in a game. Could be TE or RB depending on how the defense plays us. BA needs to understand this. Sure less balls coming but less chance for injury. We should be at that 28m and 68-70m guaranteed.

    So how many catches in post season does he get? Not 30 mil, not even close. He won't get the targets on a run centered team, receivers are an afterthought

    a fair deal for BA would be somewhere between 28-30 million APY
    anything more is over paying, anything less would be a slap in the face

    Had the niners offered him 26m before the market exploded A FEW MONTHS AGOhe would have taken it because he would have (at the time) been one of the highest paid WRs in the league.
    the fault is on the niners for procrastinating just because "thats how we do business"

    No more than 28.5 at absolute most he’s worth 30 but to give him 30 then Deebo got to go we don’t throw the ball enough to spend 55mil a year at WR

    Brandon Aiyuk is still under contract.. he has 14 mil. This year… if he plays… if he holds out. Per each game he will lose 700.000 per game mist….

    If you want to be on a good team you don't hold out for the top dollar possible. You will be able to feed your family for generations ahead with 25-28 million a year for 4 years. Get it done Aiyuk.

    BA has improved over the years that he's been on the team it wouldn't make sense to get rid of one our best weapon not named cmc,kittle he's been more productive then deebo who's get injured by playing wayy too hard and jennings who's clutch on 3rd downs aiyuk has been nothing short of consistent thas far that's including redzone targets

    Purdy played with nobodies in highschool.and college. He had 1 player breeze hall who he barely played with get drafted to the NFL in 4 years at college. Took iowa to a top 10 college team balled out in big games and bowl games. Kid shows up to the NFL with the most stacked team of dawgs and is balling. Give this kid 4 years in this shannahan system like montana had with walsh, and it's a wrap. Ba is worth a st brown deal at most. He would be stupid to leave. Look at all the coaches in the NFL from this regime. All you have to do is be at your spot on time, and you will be a hero. Aiyuk better humble himself

    Sign him or be a wild card at the most. He is the best route runner, 2nd best blocking receiver after kittle.. and if he had as many receptions as Jefferson, he would be top 2 period.
