This Judge might as well be a Prosecutor! Judge Glanville is doing everything he can 2 jail the Young Thugs without due process! He tried everything he could 2 jail the defense attorney! Someone other the Biased & Corrupted Judge Glanville has 2 step in who knows the law & isn't so biased!

  • @juanitahodges June 30, 2024

Hey miking his time his coins will stop soon.. No paycheck after this case he is done

  • @chipmarley June 30, 2024

You are corredt the World is watching.
This slimy judge is after a guilty verdict without being fair.
Hi, Im from the UK and loving this vlog/ blog% blah blah.
I know more about US law and how unfair it is ever since Frump came to politics.
Thanks for explaining stuff and keeping it interesting.

  • @Egorwigglesworth June 30, 2024

That judge is a clown! Defendant is probably guilty. But this is a abuse. F this guy!!!

  • I like all the lawyers and even Judge Glanville. It's refreshing to not see any racism despite a Courtroom full of blacks & whites.

  • @loriegordon5227 June 30, 2024

If I was ever a defendant in Glanville’s court found guilty, I would def have my lawyers appealing my case once all this comes to light. No telling how many defendants the court and prosecution has screwed over behind closed doors. “Ex parte” my arse.

  • @loriegordon5227 June 30, 2024

Why do we allow the fox to guard the henhouse? It’s the same with police departments who review their own behavior and they never find themselves to be a fault. No accountability whatsoever. Ridiculous.

  • @loriegordon5227 June 30, 2024

    New subscriber. Excellent commentary.

  • @mauricewilliams4394 June 30, 2024

But still what about his bias

  • @mauricewilliams4394 June 30, 2024

That would funny if the judge is the whistle blower

  • @4ydnarx June 30, 2024

This is why people are losing faith in our justice system.

  • @normanicole4714 June 30, 2024

As far as the law is concerned im a lay person but this crazy. I would use the word retaliation but I have not heard any law people use that word so maybe its not right.

  • @Earl-vo7gf June 30, 2024

When I first started it said one day ago and then it changed to 10 days ago I think I've watched it twice but nevertheless I have my own ideas and not being a lawyer or an attorney I look at the truth in the whole truth

  • @Earl-vo7gf June 30, 2024

From what I know this case is absolutely normal when it's a co-defendant case.

  • @Earl-vo7gf June 30, 2024

With all due respect gentlemen where can you say that they have not tried the grandstand the Justice from day one when they enter into a co-defendant case?

  • @Earl-vo7gf June 30, 2024

I feel that your statements are well-rounded and very informing however it is the defense attorneys that has been allowed to present a co-defendant defense and they just going to have to suffer with that I've got a funny feeling.

  • @Earl-vo7gf June 30, 2024

Yes I would like to say that when you have co-defendants what the decision is of the court at the end cannot be suspended cannot be dismissed and cannot be deferred it is permanent and in the whole truth nothing but the truth so help you God it cannot even be expunged. Therefore they cannot reduce the sentence and the minimum and maximum sentence must maintain. It goes out of the judge's hand once they're found guilty and nothing you can do about it. The Court's hands are tied and there's nothing else that can be done to them they are marked and scarred for life.

  • @marydiaz2763 June 30, 2024

Wonder how many others has judge did this with. Not just this case but all other cases. I have no faith in the justice system now.

  • @MrDR-jz2vh June 30, 2024

This Judge should be fired. He know he screw up and doesn't want to say it in open court. Because it makes him look like a FOOL.

  • @digitalwolf7628 June 30, 2024

What gets me is there is misconduct and obvious misconduct. When the Judge demanded to know how a Lawyer knew about it he confessed to such misconduct. He then tried to extort the Lawyer with the threat of jail which he then followed up with to further the misconduct. There shouldn't have to be any complaint etc this is all public. The part of the system that oversees this stuff should be stepping in to put a halt to it now. It just makes more of the system look corrupt to let it continue. This Judge shouldn't just be removed… he needs to be prosecuted. On the plus side since the Judge decided to be part of the Prosecution's team… his qualified immunity is now gone. So after this gets sorted they can actually file a lawsuit against him. Lovely part of opening one of the few doors that gets around QI.

  • @rickfournier7091 June 30, 2024

    Another crooked democrats judge

  • @Truecrimewatcher June 30, 2024

W-O-W!!!! 4 & 8 & 10. Can you all say “dirty judge”? No we know why “5min comfort breaks” last 45min. Listen to an hour court time today with a diff senior judge. He oversaw 9 defendants on this case. More of the same bad conduct. Ms Hylton was there with a couple of the male da’s. 3attys didnt show up, defendents sitting by themselves. Just more delays…these trials hvnt begun

  • @lesterpetersen3360 June 30, 2024

the lady that makes a record of what is said in the trial has the worst frown face all the time just looks awful

  • @marvingehman8791 June 30, 2024

I see why banana republic’s use assassination to change the political climate because as we see in America the corrupt get power and hold onto it and have no honor so honorable men have to use dishonorable men to dispose of the dishonorable who refuse to live honorably. We are very close to this in the US now.

  • @donbrown2974 June 30, 2024

[:" It seems to me that this COURT is running a racket. Judge Donnelly did something like this to R.KELLY to protect the STATE. The COURT have turn itself into a criminal Enterprise. We also see this with Bill Cosby, M.Z. York, Mumia Abu-Jamal, (Wesley Cook and many others."]

Very concerning about this judicial conduct and the treatment of women (the female lawyer {sitting in for a colleague} the Judge accused) in this particular county. Judicial professionalism is crucial for maintaining public TRUST in the legal system. If a judge behaves unprofessionally or makes accusations without proper procedure, it undermines the FAIRNESS of the judicial process!

I witness this every day, and it's not right. Officers sometimes delay arrests to let one criminal set up another, which amounts to entrapment. They don't consider that the person not being arrested might make outrageous claims, like saying Trump sold them drugs or Bill Cosby shot JFK, just to buy themselves more time. This practice puts civilians in compromising situations, potentially endangering their families or children because officers reveal who their informants are.

No one is above the law, and it's unfortunate that many judges do not adhere to it. This situation highlights the poor treatment of women, well any Lawyers in general , in that county. For a judge to make assumptions and accusations about a licensee without calling counsel to approach the bench or meet in chambers is highly unprofessional.

  • @user-yr3hu1ug7r June 30, 2024

I don't know if this was really a gang or just a record label that had ties to gangs…..but this trial has been riddled with issues and the judge is a major part of the problem. He puts on an air that he is impartial and fair and kind….but really he is just taking control and willing to put people in jail no matter what he has to do. This isn't a good look for the court and will make citizens question every case this judge has ever ruled on in the past and create a reputation for the future.

  • @RudolphRothwell June 30, 2024

    🚀🚀🚀🚀Mistral 🚀🚀🚀🚀

  • @geraldwenn9698 June 30, 2024

He must of know when he was in discussion without the defense it was an automatic ground for mistrial and or an appeal . Arrogance at its worst time to retire the fool

  • @shewanda June 30, 2024

But if the jurors get a chance to hear what went on then they probably will make it a decision off of that.

  • @jennny112446 June 30, 2024

What do you think about judge Granville saying he is going to redact the transcripts? Is that allowed? How can it be stopped?

  • @anthonyshumake5488 June 30, 2024

All of his previous cases should be reviewed
