Lil Woody Pleads Innocence in Interrogation Footage: ‘I Had Nothing To Do With It’



After lunch on Monday, the court continued to play the interrogation of Lil Woody, real name is Kenneth Copeland, from 2015 regarding the murder of Donovan Thomas. Copeland is heard pleading his innocence to the police, saying he had nothing to do with the murder.

Young Thug faces nearly a dozen charges, including possession of drugs and weapons, participation in criminal street gang activity, and conspiracy to violate Georgia’s RICO Act. The rapper was arrested in May of 2022 along with 27 other alleged gang members. Many of those defendants have taken plea deals in the case.
