QUESTION: If I did not want a catheter put in while I was giving birth can I sue they said I NEEDED to have it in when I didn’t want it and I am a first time mom not knowing much till I talked to my other mom friends and they said they NEVER had one put in for them and it hurt my healing process so much and most likely won’t have another because I’m scared of that and may of had a abortion if I knew I’m happy and love to have my baby but was it unnecessary I would have have preferred a pee mat/pad like a dog or something rather than them taking my bags of urine. Also was sad my doctor said they would be there to help deliver since I preferred a female to help deliver rather than a man with sausage fingers that made me tear and going out of my way to go to a hospital they wanted me to go to rather than the one I have down the road
What isn't funny is having a “private privileged meeting” having 14 people in chambers removes privilege. Can the DA’s office state “You can lie on the stand and we won't prosecute you, Woody”! This trial has to stop in the name of justice! If the judge doesn't have anything to hide, why not sign a waiver for appellate review? It would be different if it was a short trial but these trials won't even end for another year or so! The other judge on Trump’s case with Ms Willis had no problem signing waivers for the appellate court!
Bruce! You should write a book about the quackiest things heard in court. And if you do, because it was my idea, I get 75% of the royalties.😂. O.k. 50%?
