  i feel like a broken record: if he’s innocent why does she need a quarter of a decade to even begin to “prove” it.
  stalling, stalling, stalling.
  whenever i am stalling, i have something up intrinsically.
  this judge is a disgrace to the field.

  This is the first time I see the defense with very few objections. I agree with Fox article. I think Taylor maybe seeing the ugly , ugly side of this case. I feel it is unfair to turn the Idaho cameras on and off. In the Daybell case the medical examiner openly discussed the condition of bodies , I was forced to turn it off because of stomach issues but it doesn't mean the next person can't handle the explanation. I feel the parents are helping to keep crime scene and autopsy issues hidden from the public which for those interested is unfair only because it would put a end to the speculation.

  If Kohberger were truly innocent he and his tax payer team would want to get the trial going. Their stall tactic , playing the long game, is making a mockery of the judicial system. This is so disrespectful to the victim’s families and rubbing piles of salt in their wounds. Victim’s rights are trampled as the suspect is pampered . So wrong. Let’s go!
