May I make a suggestion for the Chief in an upcoming 10-8 episode? With the rainy season fully upon us, I've noted many vehicles driving in heavy rain with no lights on. I thought the California Vehicle Code requires use of full headlights any time the use of windshield wipers is warranted. A gentle reminder of this safety motivated rule might save an accident or worse during seasonal rainstorms. If I've got it wrong, maybe that should be pointed out as well. Thanks for the very informative show.
