0:23 the suspect somewhat resembles the cold case detective, right down to the glasses. Just a coincidence I know but how strange!

  • @Simslottoandslots July 5, 2024

Check inmate booking photos between crimes

  • @RedForeman July 5, 2024

So the killer was 24 when she did it and she was 14 . Then some years later he was about 29 around the other incident with the 13 year old that identified him . 20 years later he confessed and dies with zero closure for the family fr

  • I was an active addict for much of my adult life & I broke the law many times. 2 times I had to give a sample of my DNA, not for any violent crimes, not because I harmed anyone, just because that's the law where I live. I would never try to keep that private if it could help a case, cold or not, whether I was a suspect or some distant family member.

Is valasquez on first 48 as well??

  • @keepitsimple2593 July 5, 2024

Since this girl was young I wonder if the guy was as well maybe they should go to the schools and look through yearbooks

  • @user-ci2qj3ky1m July 5, 2024

Frustration for these detectives must be emmence. There's a man that killed 2 young girls walking the streets or he's in prison now. Detectives need to look into similar crimes in the counties and state. People move all the time. And there is a 9 year gap between the murders of these 2 girls maybe killer was in prison during the 9 year gap.

He has the same big space between his front teeth

  • @user-ci2qj3ky1m July 5, 2024

This killer new those woods well he's been there many times. He felt comfortable. He lives in the area for sure.

  • @TikiRainbows July 5, 2024

  • @1.Treyday July 5, 2024

  • @charlesgerety1403 July 5, 2024

It makes me mad Kelvin died before being caught. Life isn't fair

  • @charlesgerety1403 July 5, 2024

Detectives shouldn't give themselves a pat on the back. They never solved anything. Science and Geneologist did!

  • @RavenSoulcatcher July 5, 2024

They used DNA from genealogical sites to find him but learned he had died from organ failure. But at least they know he is not still out there committing horrific crimes.

Hey there Officer Velasquez 😊 altho we miss you & your partner from Atlanta. I can rest assured. Because if anyone can solve this case, him & his new partner on this case can get it done. Off. V. Doesn't give up. & tlhe wouldn't partner with just anyone. The need to have the same work ethic & passion as he does. & don't let that mild mannered voice fool you. He turns into a Bulldog when it comes to his mission at hand!😊🎉❤❤❤

  • @Butchcub75 July 5, 2024

Kevin Arnold, a 49-year-old man who’d died of liver and kidney failure just five months earlier in August 2021. They solved it!

  • @theresalaux5655 July 5, 2024

  • @KaiBoi-xs1ei July 5, 2024

Could’ve been a janitor or someone passing through who no longer lives in the area.

  • @maanmohammad8459 July 5, 2024

I wonder if the guy was caught.

  • @liddytheweeb July 5, 2024

I really appreciate the subtitles on videos being manually done and not the automated ones. I have a hard time understanding what people are saying, especially in recordings, so they’re really helpful in not having to guess what’s being said.

  • @seanmadison6360 July 5, 2024

The IQ levels in this are amazingly low. Including the detective.

  • @kathysenn7664 July 5, 2024

have the codis rules changed in 20 years? the golden rule fits.. nobody is above the law, perpetrators of crime should not be held in bureaucratic loopholes while the populace is held hostage.
My solace is that someday Jesus will return like He left.. God's judgment and justice will cover every deed.

  • @AlexisRoark July 5, 2024

I'm sorry. How, exactly, does a 14 year old give consent? How is that a defense?

  • @kylebroflovski8155 July 5, 2024

    I don’t know him I was 0 years old in 1995 and 0 in 2005 so I don’t know nothing but 2007 October In December I was Only 2 Months 20:28 I Only Was 3 Months In January 2008

  • @gamtngirl3655 July 5, 2024

Brothers, he’s not in the city. He’s long gone to another state. Would you hang around Atlanta/Douglasville with your photo being posted everywhere? He’s gone committing his crimes elsewhere.

  • @brandisuperstar July 5, 2024

A LITTLE UPDATE: they identified the killer in 2022 as kelvin Arnold through DNA testing. Unfortunately the man died a year before they did the testing. The killer was 49 years old

  • @allisonvz7932 July 5, 2024
