Fulton County’s Ural Glanville is reportedly contemplating recusing himself from the case, leading to a temporary halt in the courtroom proceedings.
As reported by WSB-TV, a motion was filed by Thug’s legal team requesting the recusal of the judge overseeing the YSL trial, resulting in the pause announced on Monday (July 1). The pause stems from events that unfolded about two weeks ago when Judge Glanville ordered the arrest of one of Young Thug’s attorneys, Brian Steel, for contempt. This action followed accusations from Steel about an alleged “ex-parte meeting” held by the judge without his presence, with Steel refusing to disclose his information source.
