Remember the state called woody a Detective 😂😂

  • @doug4585 June 18, 2024

Anti white racism in this fascist court. is astonishing

  • @ct4cf June 18, 2024

Judge Glanville is in way over his head w/this reversible error. The error has been properly preserved by many asks4 mistrial &now recusal.

    PREDICTIONS:

    1. Glandville recused
    2. Glandvillle disciplined up2 removal from his bench
    3. Mistrial (no refille)

  • @avionpynk June 18, 2024

This mug is trying his best to find out who snitched. He calling people he think to the stand. This is corrupt on all levels. And he is using the system to torture people. Come on now this shows every case he has ever presided should be thrown out. He dirty dirty. And so is oh girl that was sleeping with that woman’s husband. Period point blank. When you wrong say you wrong.

  • @meriodaniel June 18, 2024

To me the judge already done chose who said he own he with DA said.

  • @dgatsf June 18, 2024

You are covering this, but mainstream isn’t covering.

  • @tasker6669 June 18, 2024

the main question is to asked is if fulton county DA´s office have regular ex parte communication with judges – it seams to me is ongoing praxis

By the way, what is the regional press reporting on this issue???

  • @lesliebednar5426 June 18, 2024

How can the judge go after a whistleblower when the ex parte meeting was improper? This judge is an example of why the US Justice Department sucks. No respect for a judge who doesn’t even know basic contempt rules.

  • @ronraheen7687 June 18, 2024

This trial is a dumpster fire. I don't blame the judge as much as I blame Fani for deciding to make this a RICO case. If anything, she should have trialed the cases individually, with Young Thug's trial being the last. Then, she should have petitioned the federal government to pursue a Rico case at their level. It would have gone a lot smoother. She bit off more than she could chew, and she's taking a lot of good people down with her poor decision.

  • @JayPee575 June 18, 2024

The judge seems to be very very biased. He also sums up what the prosecution says wrong many times.

  • @fishingpol5195 June 18, 2024

I think the Judge has been doing it for long time but first time he got caught.

  • @chapbix12158 June 18, 2024

Isn't the point of a RICO case that conspiracy must be proven amongst the various defendants. What I have heard so far is the DA has lumped a number separate cases into one(?) trial much like baking a cake or casserole.

  • @robertthatcher6854 June 18, 2024

How do we know the clerk reporter is not corrupt too?

  • @joseh3564 June 18, 2024

100% respect to Attorney Kayla. She's fighting the good fight. That's really hard to do when going against those in power.

  • @jameskollath1959 June 18, 2024

What if Kenneth Copeland pled guilty of telling the defense everything that happened in the judges chambers can he be prosecuted because he has Amunity from being prosecuted for anything he says

  • @staycepatton5496 June 18, 2024

Now that’s what I was wondering… was this meeting sworn to secrecy? Because if not then why is he so upset?

  • @allie0578 June 18, 2024

I just assumed woody got the information to thug since steel said he’d be violating privilege.

  • Coleman may have a legal malpractice suit. Why did Coleman's criminal lawyer chose to leave him with a civil lawyer vice experience criminal lawyer to protect him against an aggressive prosecution office and prosecution leaning judge?

  • @laurie9442 June 18, 2024

How is threatening an attorney with jail when the judge was wrong. This judge uses scare tactics to get his way, this is crazy. How can anyone defend a client when there’s always a threat, in the back of your mind with being incarcerated. This is crazy and wrong on every level

  • One more sub!
    Get to 7,000!?

  • @thecollierreport June 18, 2024

This crooked judge thinks he has privilege. Strip him of his citizenship and deport him to the country of his choice.

  • I hope that all the film from the cameras by the Judges Chamber has been locked down.
I heard the deputies in attendance were told to turn off there cameras? 38:57 odd
I would guess that the transcripts were edited that day! 39:36

  • These recusal motions show you need good lawyers to protect yourself against legal and judicial system.

  • @Grannyof05 June 18, 2024

Chief Judge Glanville is unhinged, and the DA's office was not prepared for this case. This seems to be a mistrial. Now, the judge is threatening to hold so many in contempt out of "his" own law. He needs to be off of this case now!

  • Judge Glanville is a perfect example of judges who have wielded too much power for too long and he forget his judicial posture. Glanville lost his composure when he was called on his misstep and acted like a tyrant.

  • @lisah8197 June 18, 2024

I knew Kayla Bumpas told him.

  • @jogottman22 June 18, 2024

Isn't that 3 now, this one , Steele and then another lawyer also can't remember his name

  • @mattrose1365 June 18, 2024

Kayla bumpus—not all heroes wear capes

  • @TherealoneBeantown June 18, 2024

Where are they sending these motions too? He would over rule them in his court like always??

  • @markw8992 June 18, 2024

the judge would not let Woody fire her and would not let her out and wants her at that meeting He is desperate to get everybody back together to try to get who told

  • @shadinadeguzman9497 June 18, 2024

Imagine covering for a colleague for one day and now it’s alllllll this foolishness smh 😂

  • This type of ex parte is wrong and taints the trial! It should not have happened!
The Judge is more of a General than a knowledgeable Judge! 16:16

  • @StevenGSchassler June 18, 2024

Judge G should immediately vacate his Order to Show Cause AND his underlying Order of Contempt against Attorney Steele.

Failure to do so increases the risk/probability that Judge G’s actions and inactions will cause the entire judicial system in Fulton County to be BLOWN UP, i.e., wholesale firings, disbarments, suspensions, legal actions and even PRISON for implicated County justice department personnel.

Moreover, existing and past judicial matters may be jeopardized resulting in trial reversals involving individuals implicated in this matter.

Last, even if judge g manages to force the toothpaste BACK into the tube here, any of the above consequences could STILL possibly come to pass.

Bottom Line, it all seems to be an inextinguishable DUMPSTER FIRE for Fulton County.

  • @juanv1503 June 18, 2024

I guarantee you this is not the first time this so called judge has done this, he met his match with these hi profile attorneys who will not allow this nonsense. This so called judge needs to be investigated by the feds. What's good for the goose is good for the gander.

  • @tracyforbes7317 June 18, 2024

Look what this guy went through for 20 years this will blow your mind. They even set up fake online sites acting like they supported him so they could try and find someone to speak against him and leave complaints about him so I'm not sure that the courts could have done something more to protect this Dr. from the Government or not but someone should have stepped in. Please review it and let me know your opinion. It's on YouTube called the "official cancer cure cover up"

  • @jammieflowers9795 June 18, 2024

And if you remember when Woody fired her this bumpis wanted to talk the judge and then the judge said you were saying here out loud and then this bumpus said no it's about what went on in that private meeting and then Brian still said he wasn't allowing that and then this love jumped in and said it's about Woody's in the attorney Miss bumpus situation but whatever she said I can't remember but she lied about what it was about.. right there in the court. Obviously whatever's been filed from Brian about what happened it took place in that meeting this love lied again on the court about the situation in front of the jury that it wasn't nothing. She actually said that a couple times the first time when Brian was held in contempt about the meeting wasn't nothing

  • @wendyford2252 June 18, 2024

The judge caused the whole issue. Holding a meeting to witness intimidate is the elephant in the room. The judge now has become a witness as has the prosecution making the whole court null and void. The judge is trying to find the one who spoke because it deflects from his own misdeeds.

  • @mario-ck3es June 18, 2024

Appears that this case is tainted. The contempt of Mr Steel unjustly, just shows everyone that Judge Granville is partially bias and is willing to go to the extreme to protect that bias. Clearly he needs to step down. At this point there's no way Mr Williams and co-defendents can get a fair trial. How can preside over the show cause.

  • @llou710 June 18, 2024

Oh, how the mighty have fallen.

  • @vagibont1986 June 18, 2024

I would trust this judge to fold my tacos 🌮

  • @joannewakefield1528 June 18, 2024

So even while defending herself against violating attorney client privilege, she (Bumpis) does not include in the avadavat in any single sentence that which breaches her attorney client privilege. Totally disgusted with the ‘govt’ prosecutors judges etc here, but the way the defence lawyers are behaving is inspiring.

  • @FishingFromTheHeart June 18, 2024

Ms. Bumpass could have talked to Woody's original lawyer about the ex parte, and He could have sent the CC"d email to Steel
