THE IDAHO MURDERS LATEST: KOHBERGER TRIAL DATE SET, STATE AMASSING CELL, VIDEO PROOF

Bryan Kohberger is initially scheduled to stand trial in October 2023. Days after the date is set, Kohberger waives his right to a speedy trial, and the schedule is abandoned. The defense files several motions that require hearing after hearing. Their argument for a change of venue makes scheduling even more complicated. Judge John Judge repeatedly states that he will only set a date once. June 2, 2025 will remain in place, even if the proceedings are moved to another county.  

Since a broad gag order was enacted in the case, the public has not learned of any evidence against Bryan Kohberger outside of that listed in the probable cause affidavit. A search warrant return from Kohberger’s apartment revealed several items were seized that may prove damning for the accused killer. 8 human hairs and 1 suspected animal hair were taken from the apartment, along with cuttings from bedding with possible blood stains. Investigators also found black nitrile gloves and took a Fire TV device and computer.

    When you say receipt and tag, the tag probably means the hanging tag as opposed to the neck tag. Now, as far as hair and an animal hair in his apartment. He hadn’t lived there very long. Could investigators have possibly found hairs that were actually associated with former tenants? Did you know that his apartment was absent a shower curtain? Could he have used it to cover his car seats, then pitched it with the rest of the items? It’s almost funny that he got caught so quickly. He thinks he committed the perfect crime. And yes, he’s enjoying all the attention. I bet Ann Taylor can’t stand him. She is probably glad the case is quite lucrative because it has to be difficult to deal with him.

    Way to go Nancy, congratulations!!!! You just gave Kohberger a reason to delay his trial based on having biased representation due to you saying the jurors see this and thus is unfairly making the case against him. Pull back from your ego and think next time! I respect your desire to put these bad guys behind bars (like I do and many others) but think next time before you speak. Btw, NO ONE is a better behavior analyst than Chase Hughes!!

    Where was his car parked and all bc before he got into that car? he knew what he was going to do with the coveralls and knife, so I’d think he but that all in a trash that he knew would be emptied and that dump land fill filled multiple times before they’d think to search that landfill bc searching water areas are what is first to think of to search. So, I’m thinking he hopes they are burned and or contaminated and maggot filled to where they cannot say it was contaminated by other trash? He wants to be so clever that he will leave stuff in the most obvious places bc it’s obvious. Idk just brainstorming.
    If he’s not convicted, he will murder again. He’s already ruined his family. So, if he’s released, he has nothing to go back to or no one.

    Surely the witness in the house can tell if he was wearing a jumpsuit! Also Wade Wilson has only just had his trial for two horrendously gross murders in 2019 – where is the outrage for those families and victims. This case is extremely sad, however does anyone else care about the other poor victims in America who have families waiting for justice? Why are these victims more deserving of attention vs the 1000s of horrific murders that are yet to see justice for the victims and their families!

    Is it a delay or is the defendants team actually being thorough to make sure the case is based on all facts due to it being a death row case. Also the body language expert is ridiculous if they think a lawyer should be cozy with who they are representing. They are not mates! Nancy I love ya but let “Scott Peterson” go. You compare everyone to him and you’re wrong in labelling. That book is a joke. Because he has new suits, he’s a show off, yet the language expert states he’s cold, almost scared. This panel is a joke.

    People who are socially awkward can appear frigid. Don’t read too much into that. Also I’m wondering whether his original plan was to slaughter every girl in that house. Expect one moved out, Dylan and the other one locked their doors and Ethan was collateral damage.

    He’s not much of a criminal—- he leaves a tag and a receipt for the murder suit laying around??—- and the knife sheath??— they don’t need those objects because they KNOW he had them and can’t explain why he NO longer has them OR in the case of the suit— why did he buy it in the first place??
