  I can see Stamkos going to Florida as a big FU to Tampa and he would move to a contending team for next season. He also remains in Florida. Can't see him going to the Leafs. Detroit or Chicago could be possible as well.

  Montreals path to success is a slow rebuild. Do it the right way, and time your peak team performance as Boston, Tampa, Toronto decline. Trying to rush back to the playoffs in the Atlantic right now is foolish – ask Detroit and buffalo

  lol at the TSN insight. The Montreal fanbase isn't 'demanding a turnaround' they want the right pieces in place and great prospects, they've witnessed the Bergevin dismantling for 12+ years, they aren't wanting a quick fix.
