    The YSL trial is insane! Imagine everyone involved dedicating 16 months of time, effort, etc… that has the possibility of all being for nothing because of a 2h meeting that the Judge, not only allowed, but took part in. The Judge’s response yesterday, while forcing us all to the ASMR of him loudly enjoying a hard candy, was so arrogant and legally unsound. So shortsighted too. Trying to speed things up will likely result in them having to start from scratch. Not only that, but this misconduct is going to be weaponized to derail the Trump case since it is the same DA’s office. Just a wild abuse of power and so flagrant too, he knows there are a lot of eyes on this, he needs to be removed from the bench imo. Side note: it’s so funny watching Lil Woody (Copeland) and the court reporter interact- there seems to be a friendship brewing and it’s a cute little distraction amid all the shenanigans in this trial.
    Also, phenomenal vocals Zaid!

    The 9-0 ruling isn't much. They're waiting for one of the other related cases currently working their way up to them to rule in a way that'll stick better and won't cause as much total outrage because lawyers would have been everywhere explaining how the case had no standing.

    Been watching for a while and I love what you do, my only complaint is the autotune. You are so talented my dude you should just use your voice, no need for autotune. Anyway, nothing but love, you are a fantastic artist, just my opinion, never liked autotune on anyone. It detracts from the talent. Keep on living your dreams man, all my best!

    The phrasing of many of the opinions written conservative justices currently on the SCOTUS are highly concerning because of how they are referencing social and legal standards that existed prior to the adoption of the US Constitution.

    The reason the conservative judges sided with the liberal ones was to signal that they needed to return with a better case. This isn’t a win, the whole “no grounds of standing” is code for trying to better next time. It’s the exact same thing that happened with Dobbs.

I realize that means it won’t be around much longer, but I tune in as much as I can because I love you and I respect you and I realize that you are fighting for people like me

    When you fight for the end of the Drug war in America, you are fighting for people like me
    When you are fighting for access to abortion, you are fighting for me
    And when you are fighting for pride, you are fighting for me

    14:01 if you don’t know that our entire criminal justice system is a corrupt criminal enterprise than you’ve been totally manipulated. It is set up to criminalize the most vulnerable members of our society…. Particularly people of color… particularly Black people….. and particularly drug addict, drug users, and potheads, which basically encompasses the entire US population as everybody in this country uses drugs

    I know Americans like to pretend that they don’t use any drugs, but they absolutely all do.
    * Caffeine is a highly addictive drug that is found in every tea and soda you drink each day.
    * alcohol is an addictive drug that kills more Americans each year, than ALL street drugs and opioids combined, INCLUDING FENTANYL AND HEROIN. 200,000 Americans die each year as a result of alcohol consumption in the US.
    * cigarettes and tobacco products are addictive drugs that kill far more Americans each year than all street drugs and opioids combined, including fentanyl and heroin. 480,000 Americans die from cigarettes and tobacco products each year in the US.
    (all Street drugs and opioids combined, including fentanyl and heroin only account for 78,000 deaths each year in the United States)

    And yet we are throwing millions of Americans in prison each year for nothing more than the possession of their medication.

    #DecriminalizeDrugsNow Americans are not dying because of fentanyl. Americans are dying because the DEA started restricting access to opioids which forced Americans who needed those medication’s to go to the streets to get their pain medication. These are not drug addicts. These are chronic pain patients, the terminally ill, and the sickest most vulnerable people in this country. And we are allowing them to die in the streets because of the war on drugs.
    And we are allowing them to be terrorized by law enforcement officers and thrown into cages, because of the war on drugs

    25% of the US population is currently behind bars, not because they committed a crime, but because of politicians criminalizing medication and normal human behavior

    Stop allowing them to criminalize the most vulnerable people in our society. These people are already suffering the most horrific nightmares imaginable.

    8:20 All forms of abortion access should be readily available to absolutely anyone who needs it when they need it. And let me tell you something, if it is not readily legally accessible, we will have the exact same problem we do with the war on drugs… a large number of dead Americans.

    Because when you were strict access to healthcare and medication, you force people to find alternatives and force people to the streets for their healthcare where they end up dead or in prison. Restricting access to medication (drugs) or healthcare, means that thousands of people are going to die for nothing.

    Because whether you like it or not, somebody who needs an abortion is going to get one. it’s their life and it’s their body and it will never impact you but it sure as hell will affect them for the rest of their lives.

    It is a prophylactic and a preventative measure to prevent pregnancy, not to take a life. There is a very big difference between eggs and babies. And it absolutely baffles me that Republicans can make these outrageous claims with a straight face.

    4:52 I love you to death man, but don’t lie. They didn’t uphold shit and Republicans are already going to bring it back before the Supreme Court again

    What happened was they said that those particular plaintiff could not sue for the reasons they stated there would never be a situation where they would be in a position where they would be required to provide abortion treatment to one of their patients

    So it was a procedural vote. They didn’t vote on the merits of the case. They just said that those particular plaintiff couldn’t bring that case before the court.

    Don’t spread misinformation because this shit is real. We’re talking about women’s lives in danger right now dude there’s nothing more serious
