🤦Wow, that first young man, seemed nice, respectful, and handsome. He would not do well in prison, I wish him the best

They both are drugs. Yes, alcohol IS a drug. You become addicted, an alcoholic. Marijuana, no matter if it has been made legal, is still a drug. It leads to other drugs which can be deadly.

I actually really like the orchid idea. Especially for someone who has never gardened, they'd get the most from it.
It could be a good metric for yourself to gauge how you really handle frustration.
Obviously not the only thing he needs to be doing by far, but as a tangible metric for yourself it's a great idea.

As someone who does garden frequently, that shit is hard. Some plants seem to want to kill themselves no matter what you do!

This is Texas. You don’t f around in TX. This is like going to get an abortion there. Don’t blame the judge for following TX law. Don’t like the law? Leave TX.

  • @YT4Me57 June 18, 2024

What in their minds make them believe that they could smoke or drink the day before THEIR COURT DATE?!!! Especially when facing 20 years in prison?!

  • @sharontorgerson2556 June 18, 2024

She's not "hard" on anybody. She's a court-appointed enabler. If she wasn't, he'd be in prison. No wonder the country's such a mess.

    CLICK BAIT TITLE

  • @tomd4748 June 18, 2024

These minimum violation penalties are obvi designed to enrich the system. 1 year in jail for contract lol ok. Just create a fee schedule so offenders can pay it off and skip the pretense.

  • @briannumme9337 June 18, 2024

Does ANYONE think that this punk can write to his legislator? The only thing he CAN do is text his bros.

  • @nitroone6772 June 18, 2024

Why would you take a chance and have drugs in your system before court? I know, they are young and brain isn't developed, but no one in their life to guide them?

  • @DirtySanchez658 June 18, 2024

20 years for Herb! What kind of fascist backwater is Texas !?

  • @Michele1ELL June 18, 2024

“I just wanted attention.” I’m sure you’ll get plenty of attention in prison

  • @magicalgirl867 June 18, 2024

Mannnnn I was rooting for the first guy. He said all the right things. But then ruined it on the drug test. Ugh

  • @Swodie_Jeetin June 18, 2024

Understandable that you can't get high on probation but fr, weed should be as legal as alcohol everywhere. It's arguably less harmful than alcohol or even store bought tobacco

  • @jamesmason8052 June 18, 2024

If every parole wrote their legislator, there probably would be enough signatures to get the language change so you could use drugs and alcohol 🫤

  • @joesmith7427 June 18, 2024

Dont pass the UA, go directly to prison, see u 20yrs!!

  • If you want to learn to be a judge, watch Judge Boyd, and take notes. I don’t know how long it will take.

What happened to this last generation. Most don't seem to be able to talk, think, reason.

  • I am smoking weed right now, never been in trouble with the law. Now its legal in Canada since 2017, Ontario Government is my dealer and Canada Post my delivery guy.

  • @kevinn4038 June 18, 2024

To violate a young kid for just pot is INSANE.

  • @daynasafranek7807 June 18, 2024

It’s easier to follow probation than spend up to 20 years in prison. If you can’t go 30 days without getting lit, you may have a problem and need assistance.

  • @danielholt6741 June 18, 2024

23 years old and going down the rabbit hole.

  • @user-zl7zr2rt2v June 18, 2024

Once again, sorry to be a broken record, but experts say marijuana is NOT a gateway drug. But the court videos are proving that marijuana is a problem where the dòrs of court are opened for you.

  • @Steve_V1066 June 18, 2024

How stupid can you possibly be? I can't fathom risking 20 years over a joint .
