“BlacKkKlansman” star Topher Grace sits down with TODAY’s Savannah Guthrie to discuss his controversial role in the Spike Lee film about an African-American detective who goes undercover to infiltrate the Klu Klux Klan. Grace plays David Duke, the Klan’s leader at the center of the investigation. “In this period of time in the 1970s, (Duke) put a new face on racism,” Grace says, adding research for his role was “the worst.”
