  Seriously I don't how in the world did they not see all the loop holes in the first trial …and why you guys think that everything seems crooked 💭 that's because there was a conservative effort to keep the accused men behind bars..and then one spell you hear that there will be no bail granted then because you guys find yourselves in the hot 🔥 seat 💺 that's when you guys want to give bail, pure rubbish…and all the Judges that are overseeing this matter I do applaud you guys for not being oneside and to see and know dirt when you're exposed to it.. following this case to be honest if I was one of judges I wouldn't even have hesitate to give my verdict and it would be (appellants case was thrown out due to too many technically, release these men now not tomorrow..)and then school them about the law…

  I think the court of appeal in Jamaica, will side with the advice of the privy counsel in England and free the men. What the privy counsel did, is return the case to the court of appeal for them to see where they ore in their judgment . Now for them to not acknowledge the privy counsel decision , is to say they are wrong, and the court of appeal have never done that before and it will never happen cause the privy counsel is the final judgment.

  It's meaningless at this point to continue this case, If they do grant a re-trial for the prosecution, they will be running around to put evidence together.

  They messed a whole case up, now want to go back into tax payers pockets to correct this messed !!!
