    The Constitution is sacrosanct. Period.
    Any entity that attempts to contradict, controvert or undermine the Constitution is the enemy of the citizenry and individual freedom.
    Make no mistake: government DOES NOT give you anything. That includes your rights. Especially your rights.
    Whatever government "gives" to the people, it WILL work diligently to erode/take away with extreme prejudice.

    Free speech on ONLY beneficial useful in a society that orders itself by adherence to something the United began to reject in earnest, driven largely by the entertainment industry, “progressive” activists, atheists, and other groups of self-interested crackpots without families to support and jobs for which they were both responsible and dependent in the early 1960s, a rudimentary moral and ethical code. And now the lack of such a moral and ethical code has nearly vanished from the public eye. So we are falling into chaos. It has become OK to do anything and to blare whatever you do to everyone over the internet, especially social media. I’m 74 and will probably be dead by then, but I give the U.S. maybe 25 years before it becomes a disorganized failure and absolute proof that human beings are incapable of self-governance. If you imagine in your little minds the we will all be better off with a globalist society, just wait and see what chaos and oppression really are all about. I am no one and nothing I say will be remembered, but I can say to myself, “I told them so.”

    So a citizen has no right according to courts, to seek redress for any wrongdoing. The system is bent. So any law which helps the citizen is not what the S C wants, part of the swamp. They are there to uphold the written word not their thoughts. Courts are not elected to alter or make law.

    The Supreme Court is hiding behind technicalities. If the plaintiffs lack standing, it is incumbent upon the Supreme Court to clearly define the characteristics of plaintiffs who would not lack standing. This whack a mole approach is clearly wasting time in dealing with a serious issue that comes at a cost to Democracy and the Democratic process itself. So, these delays are not benign at all.
