    Just my opinion this got to be first a hole court system is after young thug at all costs ! The longer the trial the better for him l now the jury is tired of seeing the BS ! And why is the judge trying to stack the deck against this young King? Judge's are supposed to be fair and enparshal?

    I myself could never be a prosecutor because I can't see putting people in jail.I would want to keep them out of jail.I don't want people to be put away from petty.Petty things period it's just so petty I myself cannot send someone to jail being a prosecutor

    This whole case, trial, is a sham. How is it continuing. After he said "most definitely" how does the trial go on? Also, why is fanni fann fann falsey so hard up on this case ? Is it just a distraction? Why hasnt this been tossed yet? What's their end game? Everything happens for a reason

    Przesłanką powstania odpowiedzialności odszkodowawczej deliktowej jest wystąpienie określonego uszczerbku w dobrach prawnie chronionych. Możliwe jest zatem przypisanie odpowiedzialności odszkodowawczej za cudzy czyn, według zasad określonych w art. 427, art. 429 czy też art. 430 k.c.

    Mistated the law at 8:36, a hostile witness doesn’t have to favor anyone. Some people are just hostile to everyone. The reason leading questions can be used for hostile witnesses, with the court’s permission, is they will not just accept the idea of the questioning attorney, which is why a non-hostile, non-adverse witness can not be led. Also, though normally accurate, some direct examination questions can be leading, as hostile witnesses are called in direct, as in this example.
