Are judges in the US part of the prosecution? Or is this judge a one off? Also why is Thugs conviction so important to this judge that he would sacrifice his credibility for it? I didnt realise until recently watching a lot of American court tv, that in the US, everyone who works for the Police and the courts get a kind of immunity from prosecution when it comes to certain nonviolent offences but surely not things like corruption? Surely he should at the very least be moved off this trial? If he was in this country, the Judge could end up sitting in a very different seat in that courtroom but here people that work for courts get held to a much higher standard than regular people, so its very easy for them to lose their positions. Its a shame that it isnt the same in every country. Altho my country is about the size of 1 US state!
It's obvious that they have already came to a verdict too hack Young thug..either way the Case is tainted by All means mistrial is the only way if the law's are true and fair
The judge should be clearly removed from the bench and never allowed to practice law in ANY capacity!! If he is allowed to practice in any way, it will prove we are not protected in any way from a judges' clear corruption.
Judge was corrupt as fk, and continued his bias even when he knew was caught. He wrongly jailed the attorney for contempt. From what I recall Georgia supreme court expressed an interest in looking further into the judges behaviour.
The whole trial has been a corrupt pantomine. I was expecting a mistrial.
