  Woody should check out some of the arguments 4 and against "use immunity" for the armourer in the Alec Baldwin case. They were saying that it was such a highly publicized case against any future prosecutions or trials involving her (dependant to the way they force her to testify.) would have a future prejudice on the jury pool and/or judge. I thought some of the arguments could definitely apply to the YSL case!! The defendants did not have a chance to prepare for this witness having this immunity and that is unfair for preparation before trial ex: they couldn't get a deposition etc.💚💚💚💚💚

  #365 sylvia, I was watching the Alec Baldwin trial motion hearings and they were discussing whether the armourer what's going to be given "use immunity" I thought some of the arguments were intriguing!!! The defense was saying they should have had time to interview with her or get a deposition in order to prepare before trial starts, I felt some of the arguments could be useful in the YSL case!!!!! 💚💚💚💚
