On day 92 of the YSL RICO Trial, Kenneth Copeland is on the stand for his 5th day of testimony. He is asked more about the day he, his girlfriend and daughter were shot at but he is adamant that he doesnt know who was responsibile – despite telling police in 2015 that it was a man named Tay.

Copeland also reveals he told Thugs sister that he wanted to Kill Thug and didnt care who saw. It was shocking testimony.

    So he told them he lied to police whenever he needed to and he'll lie on the stand if he needed to. How does this help their case??

    I have no idea why they think this guys testimony is of any use. He has admitted to saying what he thinks people want to hear. His testimony cannot be classed as truth so why are they still questioning him. If they have no biological evidence then they have nothing.

    I'm very conflicted with this trial. On one hand, I know police and DA's do shady shit to get people locked up, especially black people, especially black rappers… On the other hand, these n****s be lying 😂😂😂😂

    I just know that jury be laughing to keep from falling asleep😩 she’s so boring and repetitive 🤦🏽‍♀️ how is his testimony even credible 🤦🏽‍♀️ he have admitted to telling the police whatever he needed to do to get out of jail🤦🏽‍♀️ if they didn’t fact check his testimony then wtf is she asking him about something he said he lied about 🤷🏽‍♀️ I’m not a lawyer but 😩🤷🏽‍♀️

    This is a crazy trial. Woody is finessing Hylton and she is the WORST. Judge Glanville is coughing up a lung, trying to lock everyone up and having ex parte meetings. I hope YSL Steel begins his cross about the ex parte and if he was threatened. Side note – Hylton can’t be this green and I’m sick of her “axing” things.
