Kenneth Copeland aka Woody was back on the stand for day 93 of the YSL trial. ADA Hylton was able to convince the judge that she should be able to play Copelands previous police interviews as a way to impeach him by prior contradictory statements – Over the defense’s objections. (Brian Steele and Max Schardt both objected).
Following 2 of the videos being played, Brian Steel gave copies of a motion to recuse Judge Glanville from the case to both the judge and the state.
Judge said he would take up the motion tomorrow.
Kayla Bumpus, the stand-in attorney for Kenneth Copeland, also filed a motion to quash the Show Cause hearing scheduled for next week.

    I can see myself now as a juror falling asleep everyday. Catching my head falling backwards and laughing at ppl like Woody. Lol I’m no good for court.

    The prosecution and the judge deliberately told him in chambers that he wouldn't be charged for lying on the stand, purposefully, so that he would lie and they could then move to bring these in!! It was the plan the whole time. Which is why at first the judge was all in but the defense gave him a reason to rule against the state and then Glanville asked the prosecution to find more reasons for him to be able to allow it in. And magically, they said the same bs, and he allowed it!

    Welp, the defense is sick of Judge Glanville. The ADAs are wild for trying to impeach Woody now. Like nah, y’all wanted mans to testify without prep don’t clean it up now.

    I'm not a lawyer either so I don't understand…. Woody is THEIR witness, FORCED him to testify and now wat to EMPEAH him…..😂😂
    If I'm on the jury I would totally disregard everything Woody has said….
    How does this help their case ??????

    I'm confusion. Last week DA told Woody he can basically say whatever on the stand and they wouldn't prosecute him for perjury. But if he admitted to unaliving Nut, he would be prosecuted for perjury. Now they want to impeach him after giving him immunity and all these chances. This is ludicrous.

    I do know if any of these defendants are guilty, but this is NOT a fair trial for the defendants. What a travesty to everyone involved, including American citizens. It's a laughing stock, embarrassing for the USA.

    There can be such a big difference between judges. Glanville is going to play over 18 hours of interviews! The judge in the Karen Read trial constantly tells the lawyers to speed it up.

    Prosecutors n detectives must be slow, any blind person knows Woody is shucking n jiving smh. Why would you have him as a witness.
